This memorial website was created to remember our dearest Benjamin Stricklin who was born in Arkansas on October 3, 1984 and passed away on April 28, 2000. You will live forever in our memories and hearts.

Ben was our first-born, and we adored him so! He was the joy of our lives. He had such a sweet, sweet spirit; generous to anybody who needed anything he could give; kind, loving, always smiling. He loved a good prank, loved Halloween and the 4th of July. Most of all, he loved his family. His passion was fishing. He had so many baits, etc. he had to have 2 tackle boxes. He practiced casting in his room. Occasionally, he would put a rubber bug on the end of the line and dangle it in front of me...NOT funny. His most favorite memory was when his dad took him deep sea fishing at Destin, Florida, about 8 months before his death at 15 years old.

His last words to me were, "I love you Mom".

My precious angel Ben, you will live in our hearts forever. I smell you and feel you sometimes, but can hardly wait to see you when I get to Heaven.  I love and miss you so very much.
